Job Description:
Vivint?s Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for a broad range of human resources activities in support of Vivint?s Orem office management and their employees. This position is located in the Provo/Orem Utah area. The HR Business Partner will provide support in the areas of employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, and development activities. This position will provide advice and consultative services to Vivint leaders in Orem to enable them in making informed business decisions.?

• Understand the business environment, strategy and business unit needs.
• Act as steward for attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent in the Vivint Orem Office.
• Partner with Leadership Directors to deliver business required programs.
• Interpret, communicate, and deliver HR solutions for Call Center employees.
• Manage labor and employee relations activities through effective management and communication.
• Facilitates effective communication with employees of Company-related information.
• Improve HR practices, for consistency and efficiency as well as provide recommendations for innovative and value-added HR programs; leading the implementation and evaluation of such programs.

Work Location:
The primary work location will be Vivint?s Orem office located at 1290W 1600 N, Orem, UT 84057. Frequent business meetings will also be required Vivint?s corporate headquarters in Provo located at 4931 North 300 West, Provo, Utah, 84604 and at other Vivint business locations.
Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business related or the equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of Human Resource recruiting experience
• Highly motivated to achieve success
• Demonstrated history of being successful in a recruiting position.
