Sony is not the only major company to have faced a massive data breach recently. Just three weeks ago, dozens of well-known retailers and banks ? including Citibank and Target ? alerted some of their customers that their names and email addresses may have been stolen. Michele Norris talks with Kevin Poulsen, a senior editor at Wired.com, about data safety on the Internet and whether consumers are safer making purchases at brick-and-mortar stores versus online.
