The statistics on obesity in the US, especially in children and adolescents, is truly staggering! The National Institute of Health (NIH) survey results conform this:

?Over two-thirds of adults in the United States are overweight or obese, and over one-third are obese, according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2003-2006 and 2007-2008.?

The most recent statistics for adolescents aged 9-19 are that 1 in 5 are obese.

What are we doing to our children? If your child is 30 pounds overweight when they are 10, where are they going to be at age 30? Either in very poor health, or dead!

Do most people who are obviously overweight want to lose that extra and get back to a healthier level? Absolutely! But are they realistic about how to do it? Absolutely not!

Having been around people like this and having had some experience in the weight loss industry, I?ve found that these people forget that the condition they are in is one that occurred over time and that reversing it will not be something that happens overnight.

The weight loss market is full of ?wonder pills? that promise to help you lose that extra weight instantly. Some are simply diuretics that cause your body to dump fluids, mainly water, which, of course, weighs something. If you are quite heavy, the amount of loss will be significant. But then what?

Excessive fluid loss is not only not sustainable, it is downright dangerous. We can all live without food for pretty long periods of time; but without water, most people will die within a week from dehydration. The whole body shuts down without this essential component.

Other weight loss products, so-called diet pills, are stimulants that get you working in overdrive to burn fat. Works for a while, but the extra stress on your whole system, especially the heart, can lead to more problems than the excess weight. And most of these are not recommended for children anyway.

The one overlooked critical element by people looking for a quick fix is that the reason that they are overweight has to do with an attitude. Eating has become a necessity, not a pleasure, and in America especially, quantity trumps quality. Our food supply is often practically devoid of nutrients because the great bread basket soils in the US have been over-farmed so that the soil no longer contains the nutrients that are essential to our health.

To compensate, farmers, mostly the huge giant mega-farms, fill the soil with chemical, synthetic fertilizers that keep the plant alive, but don?t do anything about providing the nutrients that we need. So we eat what looks to be good food, but the most essential ingredient of the food, its nutritional value, is not there.

So our bodies keep asking us for more food because it is still ?hungry? for nutrition. We eat more nutrient-poor food, often filled with sugars and the toxins from the herbicides and pesticides sprayed all over the plants, and still can?t satisfy our bodies. The cycle continues and we gain weight.

And our children gain weight, but aren?t really being fed. Increase body mass affects everything ? heart, lungs, digestive track, insulin levels, bones and joints. Worse yet, they are adapting to the situation, at least mentally, which means at some point in time they have fully accepted their condition and lose the desire to change it.

Google?(News ? Alert) is moving to allow developers to use communications natively in any browser-based application. The obvious beneficiary for the project is Gmail, whose audio and video communications ability today requires use of a proprietary plug-in.

But Google has higher hopes that WebRTC will be used well beyond Gmail. Rather, it hopes WebRTC will become a Web standard for videoconferencing and peer-to-peer communications. You might say that sounds like Skype?(News ? Alert). You?d be right. In a?blog post, Google said it released the technology as?open source, royalty-free software?see here?and pledged to work with other browser makers Mozilla?(News ? Alert) and Opera on the real-time chat project.?

If Google and allies succeed in establishing the technology and building support into multiple browsers, that would mean anybody building a Web site or Web application could draw upon the communications technology. ?Our goal is to enable Chrome with real-time communications capabilities using simple Javascript APIs,? Google said in a Chromium Developer blog post. ?When we are done, any web developer shall be able to create RTC applications, like the Google Talk client in Gmail, without using any plug-ins but only WebRTC components that runs in the sandbox. Film review: "Vincent Wants to Sea" (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) ? The German road movie "Vincent Wants to Sea" is a reassuring excursion into familiar territory. With its clearly defined character quirks -- for starters, the protagonist has Tourette's syndrome -- and obvious setup, the comic drama is a low-key crowd-pleaser, and became a word-of-mouth hit on home turf. A similar fate isn't in store for its stateside art-house run (beginning June 24 in New York, with a Los Angeles bow a week later). But the picture's quiet performances and occasionally surprising moments take it just far enough off the beaten path to make it more than a transparently formulaic feel-good story.

The debut screenplay by actor Florian David Fitz is uneven but pleasingly unfussy, and director Ralf Huettner keeps the five-character narrative moving. Fitz plays the title character, a 27-year-old who loses his emotional anchor -- and, it gradually becomes clear, his albatross -- when his mother dies. Before he can figure out his next step, his politician father (Heino Ferch) delivers him to a health facility -- albeit a nice, clean, cheery one -- to put him and his profanity-laced tics a safe distance from the re-election campaign.

The catalyst Vincent needs arrives in the form of a pretty fellow patient, pot-smoking anorexic Marie (Karoline Herfurth), who recognizes a kindred rebel spirit beneath the tentative surface. Stealing the car of the facility's chief, Dr. Rose (Katharina Muller-Elmau), they head for the Italian coast, where Vincent will scatter his mother's ashes, as she requested. Their unplanned passenger is Alexander (Johannes Allmayer), Vincent's obsessive-compulsive roommate.

The story quickly takes shape as the pairing of two sets of unlikely traveling partners: the central trio of young adults and the middle-aged duo of Dr. Rose and Vincent's father. The latter two, thrown together in pursuit of the escapees, are both determined to keep the potential scandal under wraps and protect their professional reputations. As the chase courses through the picturesque Alps, everyone's protective shell gets cracked, if not peeled away. The transformations are not overstated, although in the case of germophobe Alexander, they're played for gentle laughs through most of the film.

The scenario's plausibility waxes and wanes, and Fitz's screenplay sometimes places chunks of exposition in the mouths of the characters -- especially in the case of Marie's crisis, which is telegraphed and yet never quite convincing. The panicked-politician angle could have been mined for deeper humor; instead it remains a broad-strokes sketch of an A-type personality. It's to Ferch's credit that he makes the character's evolution as affecting as it is.

Vincent's struggle with his affliction has both physical and emotional weight in Fitz's performance, and the decisions Vincent makes at journey's end are among the least predictable moments of this never painful but not quite persuasive trip.

The hunting ban has been a very hot topic for many years, and although it was granted in 2005 there is a huge chance that it will be overturned. The hunting act 2004 was granted by parliament in the UK, and was designed to outlaw hunting with dogs. This was directed at fox hunting, but also included mink, hares, and deer. This historical decision affected thousands of people who worked within the hunting industry.

Not only did it affect the workers, supports, but also the people who carried out voluntary work for the hunt yards. There are conflicting opinions whether the sport should have been banned, and for as many supporters there were protestors that felt it was barbaric, and unnecessary. There have been many different attempts for the hunting ban to be enforced, however, they were defeated, and the sport continued.

The government carried out an investigation to see if hunting with dogs was in fact necessary, and at the time fox hunting was seen to be important. Many supporters will claim that fox hunting is in fact the most humane way to control the ever growing problem of foxes. The people who wanted it to be banned spent a great deal of their own time, and much voluntary work was carried out to prove this theory wrong.

Supporters for the hunting ban continue to campaign to ensure that it remains banned, and that the current hunting style is continued. Although many hunt supporters felt there would be a huge impact to the countryside, and the traditions behind fox hunting this does not appear to be the case. Hunting has continued, and is still as popular today as it has always been. The hunts now simply follow a fake scent to allow the same atmosphere of the original hunts. When the hunting ban was first introduced the countryside alliance believed that it would devastate the countryside. Although it has changed elements of the sport it has not caused the effect that it was believed it was likely to. Leading up to the initial hunting ban there were many people who felt passionately about it being banned. These people carried out hours of voluntary work to ensure that the message was put across to people all over the country. There were many different polls, and surveys conducted, and it was shown that a huge majority of the general public wanted to see the hunting ban brought in.

The overall discussion whether foxes need to be controlled will always be a hot subject, and it is often how they will be controlled that needs to be decided. There are several different ways that any type of vermin can be controlled, and the supporters for the hunting ban feel these should be used. The biggest issue that seems to be the problem is deciding what level of animal cruelty is acceptable.

Supporters for the hunting ban will continue to campaign tirelessly, and do a huge amount of voluntary work to ensure the 2005 hunting act is not over turned. It took many years for the government, and people to understand how important this decision was. The supporters will feel it is taking a step backwards if the act was overturned.

Last year's event saw some of the hottest and driest conditions in Glastonbury's history.

Police made more than 30 arrests in the days leading up to the start of the festival, the majority drug related.

LONDON (AFP) ? China's French Open champion Li Na crashed out of Wimbledon on Thursday, losing 3-6, 6-4, 8-6 to German wildcard Sabine Lisicki in the second round.

Third seeded Li, who made the quarter-finals in 2006, was made to regret squandering two match points when she led 5-3 in the decider as the big-hitting German hit back to claim a famous victory.

Lisicki collapsed to her knees in tears on the covered Centre Court when she clinched the gripping tie with victory secured on her third match point in the 14th game of the deciding set.

It was the German's booming serve which proved crucial as she fired 17 aces and powered down 21 winners in the 2hr 11min encounter.

"From the first point until the end of the match, every serve was like 117mph. It's impossible for women," said Li, whose two match points were swept away by two blistering serves which smashed the 120mph barrier.

"I wasn't tired. We both played a great match. Nothing went wrong, I was just a little unlucky. I had two match points but I couldn't do anything about them.

"But I had a great time in Europe. I'll go back to my family in China, spend some time with my family and get ready for the next tournament."

The 21-year-old Lisicki, whose career suffered a huge setback in 2010 when a serious left ankle injury sidelined her for four months, will tackle Japanese qualifier Misaki Doi for a place in the last 16.

"The crowd really helped me when I was facing two match points. They cheered so loudly, I have never heard such a noise," said the winner, a quarter-finalist in 2009.

"I have always had a powerful serve. I think it's one of the best on women's tennis," added Lisicki of her most powerful weapon.

"But you have to use it smartly. My game suits grass and a good serve is important."

Li, who had defeated the German in their only previous meeting in straight sets on the Stuttgart clay this year, had eased through the first set with a break in the eighth game.

But Lisicki, who won the Wimbledon warm-up tournament in Birmingham, hit back in the second with a break to lead 3-1 before handing back the advantage in the ninth.

She wasn't to be denied, however, and levelled the match in the 10th game.

Li was again in charge with a break to lead 3-2 in the final set before a thrilling finale.

At 3-5 down, Lisicki unleashed two serves at 122mph and 123mph to save match points followed by her 14th and 15th aces to take the game and cut the deficit to 4-5.

Lisicki then broke for 5-5, handed back the break for Li to lead 6-5 before the gallant blonde German refused to buckle and retrieved the break for 6-6.

She confidently held for 7-6 and then carved out three match points in the 14th game.

Li saved two but cracked on the third when she sent a crosscourt drive wide.

FEMA Issues Preliminary Evergreen Floodplain Map Changes ...

The Federal Emergency Management Agency issued new, preliminary floodplain changes for Evergreen, adding about 1,000 properties to the 100-year floodplain.

Many of these properties were either designated as 500-year floodplain areas or not in a floodplain at all when the current flood insurance rate maps (FIRM) were created in 1984, according to Flathead County Planning Director BJ Grieve.

The new mapping process began in 2008, after an Evergreen property owner expressed concern about the floodplain boundaries there. This owner contacted a South Dakota senator, who launched a congressional inquiry about the matter, which led to FEMA?s boundary re-study and re-mapping.

There are several ways a shift to the 100-year floodplain could affect a property owner, Grieve said. The biggest issue is flood insurance rates, which FIRM directly influences.

A 100-year floodplain designation means a property has a 1 percent chance of flood-level water on the property any given year.

State law does not mandate flood insurance, but there are situations when a property owner could be compelled to have such coverage. For example, anyone seeking to purchase property within the 100-year floodplain using a loan from a federally backed bank is required by FEMA to have flood insurance, Grieve said.

Any property owner in the 100-year floodplain will have higher flood insurance rates than those in a 500-year floodplain or outside the floodplain designations, he said.

?Your insurance rating, your risk rating, is based on what?s on this map,? Grieve said.

Also, any county wanting access to federally subsidized flood insurance is required to adopt floodplain and floodway management regulations, which Flathead County has. This means property owners have to apply for permits for certain uses on their land, Grieve said, even if they don?t have flood insurance.

The new maps from FEMA are far from set in stone as the new FIRM data in Flathead County. There is a public meeting scheduled on July 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Evergreen Middle School Gym, to discuss the new maps, followed by a 90-day protest period.

Once the appeal period is up, FEMA may make changes to its maps based on protests that have been submitted with supporting technical data.

Appeals are then processed and reviewed, taking two to three months, possibly longer depending on the volume of appeals. FEMA?s final preparation of the FIRMs takes another two months, and then the community has six months to adopt the new maps once FEMA?s letter of determination is received.

Property owners whose designation has changed should receive a letter from FEMA, Grieve said. The county planning office does not have a list of affected property owners, since a company in Denver is performing the mailing for the federal agency.

Those with concerns about the accuracy of the new FIRM designations can submit their comments and information to the county planning office, which will then forward them to FEMA.

Grieve stressed that the county planning office can only answer questions about the county?s floodplain regulations; any questions regarding the Evergreen mapping process should be directed to FEMA?s Region VIII office in Denver, available at (303) 235-4871.

We are just a few days away from the 2011 NBA Draft so everyone better be excited for all of the last minute trade rumors, smokescreens and everything else that comes along with this time of the year. People will also be excited about Jimmer Fredette, too, but I'll do my best to mention only the most important Jimmer news in this beautiful section of the internet.

For instance, were my readers aware that Fredette is one of the 15 players that were invited by the NBA to sit in a room full of green on June 23? ESPN's Chad Ford reported over the weekend that?Fredette was extended an invite to be ogled by the cameras while hoping to be drafted early?and that Bismack Biyombo will have to watch from the stands.

Now that the Jimmer news is out of the way, former FanHouse colleague Sam Amick?dropped some interesting tidbits?in his latest Sports Illustrated column regarding Klay Thompson, Alec Burks and the Cleveland Cavaliers doing?their best Lady Gaga impression.

Thompson, the son of former NBA player Mychal Thompson, made headlines when?he was arrested for marijuana possession back in March?and was eventually suspended for Washington State's regular season finale.

The sharpshooter told Amick that he quit smoking, though, so there shouldn't be anything to worry about in the future.

"I wouldn't risk the draft or my draft status for something like that, and I put that stuff behind me. That's something I've moved on from," Thompson told Amick. "I could be drug tested at the next level, that's fine with me. I'm sure I will be. I won't risk doing that ever again just because I want to fulfill my potential ... I haven't been (smoking), and that's just me being honest."

Amick wasn't done getting the good stuff, however, as he also was able to get Burks -- the former Colorado scorer -- to admit he didn't really try on defense all the time in college (Don't worry, though, because he is now).

"At Colorado I had some moments where I took off plays, where I didn't play D like I should, but I'm showing people I can play D," Burks told Amick. "Being young, being athletic, I felt like I could just make (the defense) up with my athleticism. But (teams) watch film. They could see it ... I was showing (teams) that I can be more consistent on the defensive end."

In non-Amick reporting, the Minnesota Timberwolves have been involved in a couple of random?NBA trade rumors?that I've succinctly written up for SB Nation Minnesota. Andrew Bogut and the No. 10 pick is probably worth Derrick Williams if Bogut's healthy, methinks.

RIM swoons on grim results, shareholders fret (Reuters)

TORONTO (Reuters) ? Research In Motion's dismal results and failure to offer a clear strategy to arrest its sad decline pushed its shares down more than 20 percent on Friday, drawing parallels with other technology stars that have fallen from grace.

The BlackBerry maker's shares plummeted below $29, hitting the lowest level in almost five years, the morning after it missed some of its own limp forecasts and reported a drop in quarterly profit. The shares are down more than 60 percent since February.

And even more worrying, some of the company's largest shareholders are showing signs of bailing out.

One of RIM's biggest investors, Jarisloswky Fraser, has already cut its stake in half, according to Bloomberg.

Another investor is giving RIM six months to get its business in order.

"I think in the next six months we'll have a much better idea of where we stand," said the head of a fund with a major stake. "They've laid out a business strategy and we're measuring their ability to execute."

LOWER TARGETS

At least nine analysts lowered their price targets on the stock, most of them highlighting what appears to be a once-dynamic product development pipeline that's running dry.

RIM admitted delays in revamping an aging smartphone lineup and slashed what most analysts viewed as an unattainable full year earnings outlook. It also said it planned to cut an unspecified number of jobs.

"Bottom line, we believe RIM has no short-term fixes to improve product portfolio, brand perception, to reinvigorate share gains, revenue growth and profitability," Citi's Jim Suva wrote in a note to clients.

RIM's difficulties bear a striking resemblance to recent troubles at Finland's Nokia, another struggling national technology champion blindsided by the roaring success of Apple's iPhone and handset makers using Google's Android software.

Some analysts drew comparisons between RIM and Nortel Networks, the once-mighty Canadian equipment maker that went into bankruptcy and is selling its final assets.

RIM's co-chief executives both sounded contrite on a conference call with analysts. But analysts said neither appeared to fully comprehend the challenges that lay ahead.

"The company is facing its greatest challenge, maybe in its history, and each CEO continues to believe there is unprecedented interest in their products," Deutsche Bank's Brian Modoff wrote as he slashed his price target to $20 from $45.

In the latest blow to its reputation, RIM has now has delayed the launch of the touchscreen version of the Bold model and at least one other device. That threatens its hard-won relationships with North American and European carriers, which expected the phones in July.

"We are concerned that RIM may have given them overly optimistic launch timetables, which may end up alienating" them, said Tero Kuittinen, an analyst from MKM Partners.

Cellular-enabled versions of RIM's PlayBook tablet, which would give carriers a reason to push the iPad competitor, aren't expected until autumn.

LEADERSHIP QUESTIONS

The dim results and outlook announced on Thursday also fanned questions about RIM's co-chief executives.

Deutsche's Modoff was disappointed that neither Mike Lazaridis nor Jim Balsillie described the planned job cuts as a reorganization -- which he would view as a positive.

Both brushed off criticism of RIM's dual chief with what seemed "more of a staged piece of theater than a serious answer to a serious strategic question," Modoff said.

RIM has cut staff before, in a 2002 move still known around its Waterloo, Ontario, headquarters as the "10 percent purge." That followed a dip in revenue and spiraling costs as the company started selling its early BlackBerry phones via carriers.

But it has been all growth since then, with RIM now boasting more than 17,000 employees.

To be sure, there were bright spots in first quarter results. International revenue grew 67 percent partly on the attractiveness of its BlackBerry Messenger instant messaging service. But that appeal may not be enough.

"The concern is the sustainability of that low-end market that is working for them now. I'm not sure over the long haul if that texting arbitrage is going to keep them afloat," said Matthew Robison from Wunderlich Securities, who suggested RIM may retract into a niche space serving corporations.

RIM's U.S.-listed shares were down $7.91 at $27.42 by late morning on Friday. The shares fell $6.53 to C$27.80 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Spokane?s Camp Subaru will relocate later this year, moving into the spacious, empty Empire Ford building downtown at the corner of Third Avenue and Stevens?Street.

The sale closing is set for next week, said Jim Quigley, of Kiemle & Hagood Co. Quigley and Mike Livingston, also of Kiemle, represented the building owner, Ford Motor Credit?LLC.

Ford took back the building after Empire Ford?s owners, Nate and Roberta Greene, closed the business in 2007. The building has been on the market since?then.

At one time, Trader Joe?s corporate office considered buying it for a store. It instead is building a store on the South?Hill.

The downtown building has about 49,000 square feet of office space, along with three full floors for?parking.

Camp Subaru General Manager Justin Robidoux said the purchase price is more than $2?million.

For years Camp has operated a joint Subaru and BMW service shop and dealership at 215 E. Montgomery in north Spokane. With Subaru enjoying strong sales in the Spokane area, the company ? part of the Lithia Automotive Group ? decided to separate it from BMW and give Subaru sales and service its own location, Robidoux?said.

The move is expected to happen in September. The downtown service area and dealership will have about 50 workers, Robidoux said. Camp expects to hire 30 new workers for the downtown site, including mechanics and office support?staff.

Medford-based Lithia approved the Empire purchase because it?s based downtown and provides plenty of nearby parking, Robidoux added. The sale includes a large parking lot across?Third.

?Also, being right next to I-90, we can take advantage of the top level for signs and better visibility,? Robidoux?said.

When first built in the early 1940s, the building was used as a vehicle repair shop. It?s gone through a number of?remodels.

Subaru?s corporate office had to approve the purchase. Robidoux said the building may become the largest Subaru dealership, in size, in the?country.

Aurora expansion to create 250 jobs

COLUMBUS, Miss. -- Aurora Flight Sciences plans a $15 million expansion in Columbus that will lead to 250 new jobs in the coming years.

The Commercial Dispatch reports local economic development official Joe Higgins asked supervisors Wednesday support for a $9 billion bond issue or state loan to assist Aurora buy equipment for fiber layout, paint and product testing.

Higgins, CEO of the Columbus-Lowndes Development Link, says the state will provide a $3 million grant. He says Golden Triangle Regional Airport also is borrowing $300,000 to revitalize the airport to support the project.

Higgins would not say what the new project is.

Aurora, which manufactures unmanned aircraft systems, opened a 22,000-square-foot plant in Columbus in 2007. In 2008, Aurora opened a 66,000-square foot addition to the facility.

Russia, China postpone major gas deal (AP)

MOSCOW ? Russia and China on Thursday postponed the signing of a major deal to supply Siberian natural gas to energy-hungry coastal China after they failed to agree on a price.

In 2010, Russia's state-controlled Gazprom and China National Petroleum Company agreed to start the supplies via a yet-to-be-built Altai pipeline in 2015, but the talks stalled over pricing. Moscow wanted to link the price to oil prices the way it does in Europe, but China considers any European-level price too high.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev announced the delay after his talks with China's President Hu Jintao in the Kremlin. "The documents are being agreed upon," Medvedev said. "They ... will give us a growing market and long-term contracts at the advantageous prices."

Gazprom's European customers buying gas on long-term contracts often pay significantly more than those purchasing it on the spot market.

China, which currently buys piped gas from ex-Soviet Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan and also gets liquefied natural gas from Australia and Yemen, wants a significantly lower price.

Gazprom said the construction of the Altai pipeline intended to supply China with natural gas will start in mid-2011 and will be completed by 2015. It will bring up to 70 billion cubic meters of gas to Shanghai annually.

Despite the failure to strike the deal, Medvedev and Hu hailed trade ties between the former Cold War-era rivals.

Medvedev said the bilateral trade approached $60 billion last year_ making China Russia's biggest trading partner ? and is expected to reach $200 billion by 2020.

Also Thursday, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin said Rosneft, the country's largest oil company, will boost crude oil deliveries to northeast China via a 4,000-kilometer (2,500-mile) pipeline. The pipeline, which went into operation this year, can currently carry 15 million tons of oil a year, but its capacity can be eventually increased to 50 million tons a year.

Sechin also said that Russia will ship 12 million tons of coal to China this year, Interfax reported.

Russia is the world's biggest energy producer, while China has become the world's largest energy consumer, overtaking the U.S. in 2009.

Although Europe has remained Russia's largest export market for gas and oil, both Beijing and Moscow have been seeking to diversify their energy sources and markets, despite a long history of mutual suspicion and tensions.

Past energy negotiations between China and Russia often have snagged on disagreements over prices, loan terms and other issues, including Beijing's desire for equity stakes in Russian resources. Like China's own state-run companies, Russia balks at ceding any control over what it views as strategically vital assets.

Exercising with weights is an extremely good way to gain muscle mass and build strength, which tends to decline as we age. But before you head to a store to buy dumbbells, get some professional help. Schedule some time with a personal trainer from a reputable gym or a physical therapist who can put you through the paces. Again, talk to your health care provider about your fitness goals.

The National Institute on Aging has some advice for preventing injuries for older, sedentary adults who are stepping ? or pedaling ? into the land of physical fitness.

? Wear comfortable and loose fitting clothes and supportive shoes. Be sure the pant legs are short enough so that you don?t trip on them while walking briskly and if the shoes are new, wear them around the house to get used to them before hitting the streets.

? Prepare your body for a workout by warming up gently with low-intensity exercises. And stay hydrated by drinking water before, during and after exercise.

? If you are walking or biking outside, pay close attention to traffic, the weather ? especially if it?s hot ? and be extremely mindful of walking on uneven surfaces. Taking a cane can help you with balance in these situations.

As good as exercise can feel, stop immediately and call your doctor if you have pain or pressure in your chest, neck, shoulder or arm, if you feel dizzy or nauseated or break out in a cold sweat, or if you experience muscle cramps or severe pain in joints, feet, ankles or legs. These symptoms are not normal and should be addressed. And take a cellphone with you just in case.

While getting regular exercise isn?t like taking a trip back to your youth in a time machine, it can help you feel better and slow the aging process.
