His is a well-respected and authoritative voice on the total breakdown of our system of law and governance and the total capture and corruption of our government by the banking and finance industry.

Adam?s latest post over at CreditSlips, The Bully Model of Consumer Finance and Litigation speaks directly to all consumer warriors and the citizens who are the targets of the blunt end of the bully?s bat in this ongoing war that pits the banks and institutions against all of the American people.? His post is especially relevant to me as, once again, I find myself staring straight into the face of outright bullying and intimidation tactics by the biggest and most powerful banks and law firms in this country.? They simply cannot stand that anyone, the least of which a small firm lawyer, would have the gall and audacity to clearly and repeatedly detail their wrongdoing and the abuses they visit upon the American people.

Any lawyer who has ever taken on a real fight has found herself in the crosshairs not just of the targets of their claims, but also of the institutions and the court system who are now captives of the dark and evil forces that are persecuting such misery and madness all across this country.? There is not a single lawyer or citizen activist among the consumer warrior class that has not felt the dull thud of the bully?s club or the crush of the bully?s boot.

But I have never backed down from a bully, and I never will.? And the forces of good that work in this world have a way of responding in most powerful ways when those who travel under darkness cast their shadow in my direction. Although our courts in this fallow arena of consumer rights are cold and reluctant, the universal court has rules and metes out justice of its own.

What unfolds before all of us today is an epic struggle that pits the rights of you, the beset and bullied American people, against an enemy that leers down upon us from high above in their marble towers and who stares blankly through us, the plutocrats and the captive oligarchs.

Vengeance is not mine, that score is kept by a larger and far more prescient force that operates on its own time and in its own paradigm. I must, and all of us who heed the call to carry the torch, must be willing to stand up and take the blows and to look the persecutors straight into the eyes as they lash down with maniacal fury, in this context those lashes represented by page after page of carefully crafted legal attacks, claims of frivolousness dripping with contrived incredulity and feigned innocence.

It is in those hours, as each page and each element of the Dark Side?s attacks are carefully deconstructed, that the DNA and the source code of the evil and tyranny that have fallen upon this nation are revealed.? The enemy knows only the expression of the brute force of the tyrant, but each blow reveals a deeper flaw in the arc of his thrust.? Each glint of the eye reveals yet another fundamental flaw in the source code.

The judges that preside are the human manifestations of a larger and more profound experience. How will this manifestation be expressed or revealed?? This is the as yet unrevealed script of the battle.

But every moment spent in defense of these blunt attacks only focuses the intensity of the revelation.
