Danette Meyers, the prosecutor in the Lindsay Lohan necklace case, is about to present evidence she believes proves that Lindsay is a grand thief!

The preliminary hearing is set to go down at 10:00 AM PT and should last a couple of hours. We're outside for arrivals, but no cameras are allowed inside the courtroom -- so KEEP CHECKING THE WEBSITE for updates.
