Kelly made his announcement at a press conference. He said he enjoyed the atmosphere at the South Carolina school.
?Right when I got there, (Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney) came out, met with me, his wife was there, I met his kids that day, his parents,? Kelly said. ?That?s what truly separated Clemson, the family type atmosphere.?
